Dr. Woodbridge is an experienced Internal Medicine provider in NE Wisconsin, having practiced in several hospitals and clinics in the area for nearly 20 years. He obtained his pre-medical studies at the University of Wisconsin at Green Bay, and subsequently attended the University of Wisconsin Medical School, where he completed his medical degree, while also serving as a Teaching Assistant and instructor for Undergraduate Medical Physiology courses. He later attended the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics for his Residency in Internal Medicine, initially focusing on Renal disease and Nephrology research, but later focusing in the area of infectious Disease.
After completing his Residency and training, Dr. Woodbridge obtained his Board Certification and began practicing in the NE Wisconsin area.
He has been an integral part of forming several NE Wisconsin Hospitalist Programs, first with the Catholic Hospital systems, then in multiple Hospitals with the region’s largest provider. He has served as the Medical Director for the University of Wisconsin Medical students that train in the area, and has also served as a Quality Director for the North region of WI among other roles.
In addition to nearly 20 years of experience in the Hospital and ICU, Dr. Woodbridge served for many years as an outpatient Internal Medicine Provider, providing high quality primary care to complex medical patients at several locations.
He is thus experienced at diagnosing and treating medical conditions and diseases of all levels of severity. Away from medicine, Dr. Woodbridge has a variety of interests that include the musical and performing arts, fitness, and sampling many of our locally made beverages.
