Dr. Brian Woodbridge, M.D.

Dr. Woodbridge is an experienced Internal Medicine provider in NE Wisconsin, having practiced in several hospitals and clinics in the area for nearly 20 years. He obtained his pre-medical studies at the University of Wisconsin at Green Bay, and subsequently attended the University of Wisconsin Medical School, where he completed his medical degree, while also serving as a Teaching Assistant and instructor for Undergraduate Medical Physiology courses. He later attended the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics for his Residency in Internal Medicine, initially focusing on Renal disease and Nephrology research, but later focusing in the area of infectious Disease.
After completing his Residency and training, Dr. Woodbridge obtained his Board Certification and began practicing in the NE Wisconsin area.
He has been an integral part of forming several NE Wisconsin Hospitalist Programs, first with the Catholic Hospital systems, then in multiple Hospitals with the region’s largest provider. He has served as the Medical Director for the University of Wisconsin Medical students that train in the area, and has also served as a Quality Director for the North region of WI among other roles.
In addition to nearly 20 years of experience in the Hospital and ICU, Dr. Woodbridge served for many years as an outpatient Internal Medicine Provider, providing high quality primary care to complex medical patients at several locations.
He is thus experienced at diagnosing and treating medical conditions and diseases of all levels of severity. Away from medicine, Dr. Woodbridge has a variety of interests that include the musical and performing arts, fitness, and sampling many of our locally made beverages.
Dr. Paul Smullen, M.D.
Dr. Paul Smullen is a 48-year-old board-certified family physician through the American Academy of Family Physicians with over 16 years of clinical experience. He has a special interest in dermatology and is committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based, and cost-effective care tailored to each patient’s needs. Raised in the Luxemburg area of Wisconsin, he values strong community ties and compassionate, relationship-centered medicine. Outside of practice, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their two children, ages 11 and 9, and is grateful to balance a fulfilling family life with his dedication to patient care.
Stephanie Runke Smullen, PA-C
Stephanie is a Wisconsin native and a graduate of Luxemburg-Casco High School. She attended the University of Wisconsin Madison for her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Computer Science. After working as a programmer for a group of functional MRI researchers at the Medical College of WI, she decided to pivot into hands on patient care. She received her Masters of Medical Science – PA degree at Emory University in Atlanta. She has over 15 years of experience as a certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) working in Orthopedics, Urology and Urgent Care. She is board certified by the American Academy of PAs. As a PA-C, she was trained and maintains certification in general medicine and can see patients throughout their lifespan for acute and chronic (on-going) medical needs.
Roseann Flores, MA
Roseann Flores is a dedicated and highly skilled Medical Assistant with a strong background in healthcare also fluent in Spanish. Roseann has worked in various settings, including intensive care units, long term healthcare facilities and clinic settings. Roseann is passionate about providing exceptional patient care, assisting in with procedures, and ensuring efficient clinical operations. Her hands-on expertise, attention to detail, and compassionate approach makes her an asset to both patients and medical team. Committed to continuous learning and excellence in healthcare, Roseann takes pride in delivering quality care that enhances patient outcomes.
Nicole Seidl, PSR
Nicole is a Luxemburg native. She has a background in customer service and 15 years of experience in healthcare. Her warm personality and exceptional attention to detail make her a great addition to the CHCS staff. In her free time, Nicole enjoys being a baseball bleacher mom and spending time with her family.
