Experience: Our board-certified physicians have decades of experience in Internal Medicine and Family Practice. They have staffed hospitals, ICUs, Urgent Cares, ERs and clinics. They will work to learn your medical conditions and take the time to properly diagnose and plan your care. We are the same doctors that worked for “big Health Care,” except now we are working for YOU.
Care When You Need It: Customized Health Care Services wants to see you regularly for your preventative care, as there are no more worries about doctor visit bills. And when you are sick, we will always be able to get you an appointment within 1-2 business days, often same day if absolutely necessary. And since billing is no longer an issue, we can handle many common illnesses and issues over the phone, or via televisit. We also offer limited after-hours phone care for medical advice when needed.
Extended Appointments: When you see your Customized Health Care Services provider, our visits are usually a minimum of 30-45 minutes, even an hour, if necessary, for new patients. We will review your records from your hospital system providers and will take care to address your concerns. We no longer have to “knee jerk” your care due to time constraints.
State-of-the-art EMR: Our electronic health record allows you to communicate with our clinics directly, set up and see your appointments, lab and X-ray results, immunizations, pay for services, even do televisits right on your phone.
